Samuel is the name of our technician. he actually called and came over the day before his appointment. which was wonderful since we had no electricity in our bathroom for a week. called several other companies and they never responded. Had a number of tasks done including upping our service from 100 to 200amps, several new dedicated plug sockets, additional ceiling lights, LED lighting above and below cabinets, along with other work.
